Current Research Focus

• Robotics & Reinforcement Learning

  • - Working on PAL Robotics equipped with omnidirectional mobility and LiDAR based perception
  • - Training mobile manipulators (robotic arms) to perform precise object manipulation using RL
  • - Implementing TidyBot to learn to clean up cluttered environments

• Computer Vision

  • - Implemented a deep residual network to determine soiling quantification using CNN and Transformer architectures
  • - Currently working to create a hybrid model while also including environmental factors

• Research Direction

  • - Actively looking to engage in research at the intersection of vision, RL and multi-modal learning
